The Mother Daughter Book Club

The Mother Daughter Book Club by Heather Vogel Frederick

Even though Megan would rather be at the mall, Cassidy is late to hockey practice, Emma's every book in existence, and Jess is missing her mother way to much to care the book club is scheduled to meet every month. It all starts as a mom-inspired ritual of reading little women it helps four unlikely friends navigate the drama of middle school. from stolen journals to secret crushes to a fashion fiasco first dance, the girls are drowning in drama. as they go through all of this middle school madness they cant help but wonder: what would Jo March do?

I really like this book, it is really relate-able and has a good story line, and it is perfect for book nerds (aka us). I had no problems with this book, there weren't any big words or cussing in it. They do talk about crushes and stuff like that but it doesn't get inappropriate! I would recommend this book to anyone and it is really easy to find. There are also a few books in the series and in each book the girls in the book club read a different book and relate to the characters in different ways.
